Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade by me with care, attention to detail, and high-quality materials. Because they are handcrafted, slight variations or tiny imperfections may occur — that’s the charm of handmade!

Do you offer personalization?

Absolutely. Many of my items can be personalized with names, colors, or custom designs. If you don’t see a personalization option listed, feel free to message me.

How long does it take to make custom items?

Processing times vary depending on the product, but custom items typically take 3–7 business days to create. During busy seasons, this may be slightly longer. Your ordering page will always show the current processing time.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is made and ready to go, most packages ship within 2–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes! Every order includes a tracking number so you can watch your package travel straight to your doorstep.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once your package is with the carrier, delays are unfortunately out of my control. If your order seems lost or stuck, reach out to me and I’ll help guide you through the next steps.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most items are handmade or personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an issue with your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

I’ve got you! If something arrives damaged or not as expected, contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Are digital downloads refundable?

No. All digital downloads are final and non-refundable since they cannot be returned.
